Shipping Policy


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

We offer free tracked and insured shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days from the shipment date.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high shipping volumes.

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, it cannot be cancelled.

Orders that are in transit and within the stated delivery timeframe are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

If a parcel has not been delivered within 15 business days from the shipment date, we will investigate with the carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
