Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Because successful containment depends on proper setup and training, customers may be asked to provide photos, videos, or other information demonstrating the issue.
To qualify for consideration under this guarantee, customers must:
